Description

A multinational company with many years in the Insurance Industry it’s looking for new colleagues for several different positions in Hungary. The positions can be performed remotely but regular meetings in the Budapest office will be required.

Tasks
  • Maintain high-quality application software solutions that meet Business Users requirements by:
  • Work on the applications in production environment
  • Work on application operational support (L1/L2)
  • Desirable to have knowledge in SQL
  • Working with the Service manager and Business Analysts  to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
  • Exposure in analyzing issues in production system through log files
  • Exposure to MSSQL/MySQL database
  • Desirable to have knowledge in Incident and problem management
  • Desirable to have knowledge in Service now and Confluence
  • Desirable to have knowledge in AngularJS/ReactJS.
  • Willing to provide 24*7 on-call support for critical issues if required
  • Excellent communication with Client and L3 support team
  • Nice to have knowledge in Java-related technologies, Java/J2EE, Core Java, Spring Framework,
  • Hibernate and REST-based Web Services
Skills
  • Total Experience of 4 – 7 in IT industry with work experience in Production support projects
  • Exposure in analyzing issues in production system through log files
  • Exposure to MSSQL/MySQL database
  • Desirable to have knowledge in Incident and problem management
  • Desirable to have knowledge in Service now and Confluence
  • Desirable to have knowledge in AngularJS/ReactJS.
  • Willing to provide 24*7 on-call support for critical issues if required
  • Excellent communication with Client and L3 support team
  • Nice to have knowledge in Java-related technologies, Java/J2EE, Core Java, Spring Framework,

Working Hours
Flexible working hours, 40+ hours per week

Remote work but you should attend personally on the meetings at the company's office in Budapest.
